ArrivalAid is a non-governmental organization, based in Munich, that supports refugees and migrants with any issues about living in Germany. Our services are provided by volunteers who are trained and supervised by us on a regular basis.
The main focus areas of our work are: guidance and counseling throughout the asylum procedure, supporting refugees with searching and applying for jobs, and helping with any questions about residence in Germany.
We have branches running in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/M, Cologne, and Dusseldorf.
